Itazu's past part 23

Itazu-
        



    The dungeon wasn't to bad, I had nice food and a bed. Something that actually made it look a lot more like a room then a dungeon, but I guess I was used to being locked up, for someone who wasn't it wouldn't be very nice.  

           That Naikendan came to visit me often, I don't know why, but I felt safer around him, he wasn't as bad as I had fought he would be, he was friendly and taught me some interesting stuff.

                    But once my time in the dungeon was up, it was time for the real punishment. I had honestly lost track of time, and when Naikendan appeared I fought it was his normal visit.

"Hi, Naikendan" I said greeting him, sitting on my bed drawing a notepad he had given me.

"Hello" he said his voice cold.

"What up? Bad mood?" I said not lifting my view.

"You have lost track of time have you not?" he asked.

"Oh, well… yes" I said unsure what to answer.

"Well tomorrow you will be set in the first row of the army to fight the new base" he said coldly.

"Wait, what?!" I said shocked remembering the full punishment.

"The fist row is me, you and Metode, nobody else" he said.

"But… I totally forgot" I said doubtfully.

"I can see that" said Naikendan.

"I'm not ready…" I said knowing it wont make a difference.

"I know, which is why you coming out of that dungeon today, I'm going to give you a though training sessions, then you shall go to bed in your new room" he replied.

"OK" I agreed.

       He took me outside to a training field. He gave me a sword, I had no experience what so ever with swords or any weapons at all to that. I didn't like having to fight with it, it was quite difficult, Naikendan said I was doing good for a first time, I personally think he was just being polite, despite him being a murderer, a horrible person, cruel and mean. He is VERY polite. It gets on my nerves even sometimes, he never takes offence when I taunt him and I think he only does it to annoy me. But still, it isn't a bad quality I guess.

                We kept slashing each other with the sword for seven hours, then we went in I was taken to my new room, it was big, very big actually, it had a bathroom and a kitchen, a bed, a wardrobe… everything I could want, and unlike in the vampire hunters base, I wasn't locked up. I was free to wonder around go outside and train. And I enjoys it a lot.

           After dinner Metode gave me a tour of the base, it was big, it had all you could imagine, gym, training grounds, kitchens, swimming pools, torture rooms, and enough hallways and doors to get lost. Thankfully I had Metode to show me around so I didn't get lot then.

             By the time I went to bed I had almost forgotten about the battle I was to fight, I managed to figure out that was there intentions, but  it had done me good, I wasn't complaining. But as I slept I imagine Kyuha, what if he was in that base…? Or Samir? What if they where killed… I feared the idea of hurting my friends… then I fought of Metode and Naikendan, fighting by my side, and I felt excited, to be a part of such a strong organization.

           All do I had forgotten totally, there where few of strength here, that was why Naikendan dislike it here.


Kyuha-





           It's been a while since Itazu left, I wonder… if she was rescued, if she's still alive, or if she's dead. Velinel says she is dead, Samir says she is alive. I want to believe Samir, but sadly I can not. I believe Velinel, since it is more likely… she was stabbed in the heart, I saw her hair, her skin… she must be dead… I saw her eyes go red. I saw her true form…

         I cry every night… I can't help it, I miss her, I grew up with her, I love her, as a little sister… I regret what I did, I wish rather then taking her to the dungeon I had let her escape, why was I such a fool? Yeah I'd probably end up in prison but I'd rather that then live knowing it is partly my fault she is not with me.

           I volunteered to fight in a battle tomorrow against some vampire. I will try and find a vampire that attacked the base that horrible day… and hopefully discover what happened to Itazu.
